Are you between 18 and 30 years old and passionate about youth work, inclusion, and European mobility? This is your chance to join a life-changing project in Lorca!

Cazalla Intercultural is looking for 3 volunteers for a long-term volunteering project (12 months) through the European Solidarity Corps.

What is the project about?

You will collaborate with our team in educational activities and youth information work, particularly on European mobility and human rights topics. Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting project management.
  • Social media content and management.
  • Organizing and implementing activities with young people.
  • Promoting scholarships and European mobility/volunteering opportunities.
  • Developing your own personal projects.
  • Key topics: youth work, mobility, inclusion, equality, anti-racism, and community development.

Project Dates:

From February 17, 2025, to February 17, 2026 (52 weeks). Starting dates are flexible but the project cannot be extended more than March 2026.

Accommodation and Financial Support:

  • Shared apartment 5 minutes from the youth center, with a private room, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and bicycles available.
  • Pocket money: €6/day, plus €150/month for food, paid monthly.
  • Basic materials (bed linens, kitchenware, etc.) provided.

Training and Mentorship:

You will receive an on-arrival training and mid-term evaluation, along with personalized mentoring sessions for your personal and professional growth.

Who Can Apply?

  • Aged 18-30.
  • Residing in Spain (1 position) or in other ESC program countries (2 positions).
  • No prior participation in a long-term ESC or EVS project.
  • Motivated for youth work, community management, and administrative tasks.
  • Basic Office skills. Familiarity with social media (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Languages: Spanish and English (preferred).
  • Certificate of no sexual crime record (required by Spanish law to work with minors).
