Cazalla Intercultural participa en un proyecto de asociación estratégica, junto con organizaciones de Lituania, Bélgica, Italia, Noruega y Finlandia llamado Badges4Good.
Con este proyecto, queremos intercambiar buenas prácticas en el campo del reconocimiento del aprendizaje, el trabajo con jóvenes, la formación y la educación, utilizando el sistema Open Badges, con el que Cazalla Intercultural está trabajando y desarrollando junto con socios internacionales desde hace casi 7 años. Las Insignias Abiertas son símbolos visuales de logro, afiliación, autorización u otra relación de confianza que se pueden compartir a través de la web. Las Insignias Abiertas representan una imagen más detallada que un currículum o una hoja de vida, ya que pueden presentarse en combinaciones siempre cambiantes, creando una imagen en constante evolución del aprendizaje permanente de una persona.
El proyecto también tiene por objeto reunir a los trabajadores juveniles y a los jóvenes para promover el uso de las Insignias Abiertas digitales como instrumento para aplicar la política de la juventud en la esfera de la validación y el reconocimiento del aprendizaje y los logros.
Tras la primera actividad del proyecto, que tuvo lugar el año pasado en Lituania, una capacitación del personal en la que los participantes aprendieron más sobre el uso de las insignias en su trabajo con los jóvenes, las organizaciones asociadas están trabajando juntas para preparar la futura capacitación de los miembros del personal y los jóvenes.

Cazalla Intercultural is taking part in a strategic partnership project, together with organizations from Lithuania, Belgium, Italy, Norway and Finland called Badges4Good.
With this project, we wish to exchange good practices in the field of recognition of learning, youth work, training and education, using the Open Badges, which is a system Cazalla Intercultural is working with and developing alongside international partners for almost 7 years. Open Badges are visual tokens of achievement, affiliation, authorization, or other trust relationship sharable across the web. Open Badges represent a more detailed picture than a CV or résumé as they can be presented in ever-changing combinations, creating a constantly evolving picture of a person’s lifelong learning.
The project also aims to bring together youth workers and young people in order to promote the use of digital Open Badges as a tool to implement youth policy in the field of validation and recognition of learning and achievements.
After the first activity of the project that took place last year in Lithuania, a staff traininging in which participants learned more about the use of the badges in their work with young people, the partner organizations are working together to prepare the future trainings for staff members and young people.
